Race Schedule
Please note that we are starting earlier on Race Day this year!
Children can enjoy free food and refreshments in the Kids Corral at the finish line. Additional food and beverages available for purchase from our local food vendor!

All Athletes are welcome to be in the parade – it is SO MUCH FUN!
(All children must be accompanied by their parent/guardian)
• Meet at the Corner of Azalea Lane and Cardinal Drive at 5:00 PM (Check-In at the Info Booth at this location, and you will be advised of our float number and further instructions)
• You are responsible for transportation to/from this float start and the end location at Jaycee Park
• Parking at the Starting and Ending locations is limited, so we suggest you arrive early (and we are not able to provide a parade end time)
Bike Check & Packet Pick-Up – MANDATORY

What:
All Athletes MUST bring their bikes to the Check-In on Friday, Dec. 5. Upon arrival at the Gifford Aquatic Center, the children will Check-In and Pick-Up their Race Packet containing their running bib/number, ID wristbands for post-race parent/guardian pick-up, and bike stickers to be affixed to their bikes, and mini-backpack with all sorts of goodies – e.g., t-shirt, towel, food coupons, and more! But please note: ALL SUPPLIES ARE DISTRIBUTED ON A FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED BASIS!
After picking up their Race Packet, each child will be directed to place their bike into the Transition Area (in the parking lot just west of the pool) according to their Race Numbers (don’t worry – there will be lots of help!).
Bikes will be stored overnight with security
Race Orientation – MANDATORY

What:
All Athletes MUST attend Race Orientation – which will be three times on Friday from which to choose – at 3:30pm, 4:30pm and 5:30pm. Parents/guardians are encouraged to attend these Orientation Sessions as well – this is a great way for everyone to get comfortable about the Race and the Course.
